Special Classes:

Adaptive Dance & Gymnastics (Ages 6-18) This class will be adapted to fit the needs of the students in the class.  We want everyone to be able to participate in dance.  So, if your body only works in certain ways, we can accommodate that.  In this 30-minute class, athletes that have disabilities are exposed to the general components of a ballet and jazz routine, such as turns, jumps and tumbling. Athletes are taught the precision of dance movements and work on memorization as they put them in sequence to music. Additionally, athletes participating in Adaptive Dance & Gymnastics class are introduced to the fundamentals of jumps and leaps, working on strength, flexibility, bridge, somersault, handstand, cartwheel, and more. Lastly, dancers work on basic turns such as chainés and single pirouettes, which challenge and strengthen their core and balance. These elements are put together into a fun and exciting dance routine that the dancers then perform at the recitals. Tuition $30 per month Teacher: KayCee Smith Parent and Me Gymnastics (Ages 1-4) This 30-minute class allows young children to use the gymnastics equipment at Inclusion Dance with the supervision of their parent/grandparent and a staff member. We believe kids should be able to act like kids and fun environments are especially conducive to the kind of learning that prepares them for life’s adventures. Through this unique program that revolves around active play, we complement and enhance the traditional school experience - even before kids are school age! Demi Dance & Gymnastics (Ages 2-5) This 30-minute class is designed to enhance your child’s motor, listening, and social skills through dance and gymnastics activities. Students will be introduced to basic dance technique and gymnastics skills.  A parent/guardian/grandparent can help with their child but as the season progresses, the students will learn to participate without their adult.  This allows younger kids to join in the fun! Tuition $30 per month Teachers: Shelby Lambert (dance portion) and Jean Moore (gymnastics portion) Grand Dance Level 2 (Ages 6-8) This 35-minute introductory class containing ballet, jazz, pom, and creative movement. Young dancers will learn the basic ballet and jazz steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement and gross motor skill development games in a positive and fun environment. Engaging music is used to get these little ones inspired to dance. Tuition $32 per month Teacher: Shelby Lambert Dynamic Dance Level 3 (Ages 9+) This 40-minute class containing lyrical, modern dance, and street jazz. dancers are introduced to more formal dance technique. This class will lay the foundation for correct, safe and successful dancing in years to follow. Tuition $34 per month Teacher: Shelby Lambert Ballet Level 1 (Ages 6-9) Ballet 1 is a 40-minute class for students ages 6-9. Ballet 1 has a heavy emphasis on technique and form. Tuition $35 per month Teacher: Miranda Straka Ballet Level 2 (Ages 10+) Ballet 2 is is a 1-hour class for students ages 10 and up. Ballet 2 has a heavy emphasis on technique and form. Tuition $42 per month Teacher: Miranda Straka Ballet Level 3 (Ages 12+) Ballet 3 is a 55-minute class for students ages 12 and up. Ballet 3 has a heavy emphasis on technique and form. This class is for students who have taken a ballet class in the past or have a lot of other dance experience.  Ballet 3 will help with all forms of dance.  It will teach students proper technique, gives them a deeper plié, a higher relevé, a better turn-out, It improves their line, posture, flexibility, alignment and strength. It is the foundation and sets them up for other dance styles like jazz and contemporary. Even hip hop dancers can benefit from ballet. Ballet can certainly make students an all-around better dancer, and it can be fun, too! Tuition $41 per month Teacher: Miranda Straka Tap Dance Level 1 (Ages 6-9) Tap 1 is a 40-minute class and is designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles including Broadway tap and jazz tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. The class emphasis is on developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and having fun. Tuition $35 per month Teacher: Sari Jacobson Tap Dance Level 2 (Ages 10+) Tap 2 is a 45-minute class and is designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles including Broadway tap, jazz tap, and even some hip hop tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. Tuition $36 per month Teacher: Sari Jacobson Solo or Small Group Practices (Ages 7+) **   Solos are approx. $100-$140 per competition. Duets and small groups are $45-$75 per routine, per student. Tuition is $25-$27 per month for 20 minutes-30 minutes Teachers Shyla Bradley and Shelby Lambert Spirit Performance Team (Ages 8-11) This 45-minute class is full of fun, high-energy pom, jazz, and hip hop. The choreography learned will be rich in performance quality, technique and exciting moves guaranteed to get the fans off their seats! Your child will learn what it takes to be a performer!  This class contains both dance and gymnastics technique.  Must participate in monthly performances and additional costumes are required. The Spirit team and the Sparkle team dancers will have some routines together. Tuition $38 per month Teachers: Miranda Straka and Shelby Lambert Sparkle Performance Team (Ages 12+) This hour class is for more advanced students or older students.  MUST have a great attitude and able to perform with body AND FACE!  This class contains both dance and gymnastics technique.  Must participate in monthly performances and additional costumes are required.  The Spirit team and the Sparkle team dancers will have some routines together. Tuition $42 per month Teachers: Miranda Straka Extra Help for Competition Dance   **  For those younger dancers on the competition dance team or those that need extra help. Tuition: $15 per month or $5 per class. Teacher: Miranda Straka Divas Competition Dance Team (Ages 12+) **  A more advanced dance program in which students participate in four competitive dance routines which will compete in two competitions a year. Tuition: $45 per month Teacher: Miranda Straka Competitions: 2 per year o Routines: 2 for first competition, 3-4 for second competition Each routine costs approx. $45-$55 per child. (So, competition fees would be approximately $90-$110 for first competition and $135-$165 for second competition o Costumes: There will be 3-4 costumes for this class.  Each costume is approx. $65-$85 per costume.

Allegro Floor Gymnastics (LEVEL 1 Ages 6+) This 45-minute class that will build gymnastic skills for dance and cheer-leading and knowledge of the basics. The gymnastics taught at Inclusion Dance are the gymnastics that can be incorporated into any dance or cheer-leading routine (there are no bars, vault, etc).  Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including bridges, somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, jumps, leaps, some partner or group acro stunts, then round-offs, front walk overs, back walkovers, headstand variations, all splits, and more.  Tuition $38 per month Teacher: Jean Moore Amplitude Floor Gymnastics (LEVEL 2 Ages 6+) This 55-minute class that will build gymnastic skills for dance and cheer-leading and knowledge of the basics. The gymnastics taught at Inclusion Dance are the gymnastics that can be incorporated into any dance or cheer-leading routine (there are no bars, vault, etc).  Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including handstands, cartwheels, jumps, leaps, some partner or group acro stunts, splits, round-offs, front walk overs, back walkovers, headstand variations, some harder partner or group acro stunts, and more.  Tuition $42 per month Teachers: KayCee Smith and Jean Moore Elite Floor Gymnastics (LEVEL 3 Ages 6+) This hour class that will build elite gymnastic skills for dance and cheer-leading. The gymnastics taught at Inclusion Dance are the gymnastics that can be incorporated into any dance or cheer- leading routine (there are no bars, vault, etc).  Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including aerials, handsprings, flip flops walkovers, handsprings, tucks, pikes, layouts, and many other tricks/skills. Tuition $44 per month Teacher: Jean Moore Gymnastics Plus (Any Level Ages 6+) In this 45-minute class, students learn many new skills on balance beam.  Students also learn some skills on the kip bar and sometimes will work on floor skills as well. GYMNASTICS PLUS CLASS WILL NOT BE IN THE RECITALS.  THERE WILL BE A SEPARATE SHOW AT THE STUDIO AUDITORIUM JUST FOR THIS CLASS.  This is so we do not have to move the gymnastics beam and bars. Tuition: $38.00 Teachers: Jean Moore and KayCee Smith Open Gymnastics   **  This 1-hour class is required for all gymnasts that are doing a solo, duet, or small group at a competition or recital. This class will have a heavy emphasis on proper gymnastics technique.  There will be an additional choreography fee for each routine created by the instructors. This class is also open to any student wanting to work on extra gymnastics skills. You can drop into this class any time for $12 per class. Tuition: $44.00 Teacher: Jean Moore Beginner Acro (Ages 6+) In this 40-minute class, students will learn the basics of acrobatics, gymnastics, and dance.  Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. Our experienced acro instructor will guide the class towards increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, partner lifts, and contortion tricks, based on each student's individual level of experience. And it's fun, too!  Acro consists of gymnastics,  acrobatic, and dance skills. NOTE: Student must also be enrolled in a gymnastics class. Tuition: $35.00 per month Teacher: Jean Moore and KayCee Smith Soaring Acrobatics Competition Team (Ages 8+) **  This 1 hour and 10-minute class will continue introducing the basics of acro, gymnastics, and dance.  Students must have advanced floor skills to be considered for this competitive class. This class will focus on acrobatic technique, handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, walkovers, balance, partner lifts, and contortion tricks, based on each student's individual level of experience.  Acro consists of gymnastics, acrobatic, and dance skills.  NOTE: Student must also be enrolled in a gymnastics class. Tuition: $49.00 per month Teacher: Jean Moore Competitions: 2 per year o Routines: 2 for first competition, 2-3 for second competition Each routine costs approx. $45-$55 per child. (So, competition fees would be approximately $90-$110 for first competition and $135-$165 for second competition o Costumes: There will be 2-3 costumes for this class.  Each costume is approx. $65-$85 per costume. ** IMPORTANT COMPETITION RULE: If a student is on a competition team at Inclusion Dance, you CANNOT be on a competition team at any other studio.  However, you can go to a competition for your middle school or high school dance team (but you can't use same routines).  You may take classes at another studio but NOT a competition class. Parkour Classes: (pronounced “par-core”)

American Ninja Warrior has created a surge of excitement in the USA, especially for young people. This exciting TV Program was actually developed out of an older form of sport called Parkour.  Parkour is the sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing - getting from one place to another in STYLE.  Be a part of the hottest new sport!  You will be learning how to do flips off walls and over them.  Extreme Tumbling- any obstacle becomes your playground. Come be a part of the fastest growing sport in the world! Kids naturally want to run, jump, climb, balance and generally test their limits. This program plays on that kind of fun. Parkour is exceptional at developing many types of strengths, flexibility and balance while challenging participants through fun. Parkour 1 (Ninjas Ages 3-6) Parkour Gymnastics is what your kids try to do at home. It’s running, jumping, and playing in a safe, structured environment.  This beginner, 30-minute class is really good for your child. It teaches younger students how to listen to a teacher and make his body do what the teacher says.  It teaches problem solving, focus, perseverance, agility, strength, patience, coordination and more.  All in a naturally challenging and rewarding environment.  This class will not be in the recital,  THERE WILL BE A SEPARATE SHOW AT THE STUDIO AUDITORIUM JUST FOR THIS CLASS. Tuition: $32 per month Teachers: Nick Curtis and KayCee Smith Parkour 2 (Ninjas Ages 6-9) This 45-minutes class provides a basis of maneuvers the beginning parkour athlete can use to build upon in a creative manner. Classes will build strength, self-awareness, confidence and coordination, which will increase your child’s performance in all other physical activities and sports. Classes are taught on our gym floor, using mats, blocks, and other obstacles that give the feel of an urban environment - without the danger of cement or concrete. Our Parkour program is a great outlet for energy and appeals to a wide range of ages and abilities - everyone loves to run, jump, and flip! Our parkour staff strive to make the program as safe as possible through progressions, equipment design as well as general physical and mental preparations.   This class will not be in the recital,  THERE WILL BE A SEPARATE SHOW AT THE STUDIO AUDITORIUM JUST FOR THIS CLASS. Tuition: $37 per month Teachers: Nick Curtis and KayCee Smith Parkour 3 (Ninjas Ages 10+) This 50-minute parkour program aims to first provide a basis of maneuvers the parkour athlete can use to build upon in a creative manner, as well as provide the intermediate and advanced parkour athletes a safe place to attempt more difficult tricks and flips.  Our parkour instructor will use his military background to develop military obstacle training and teach students how to use their bodies to be the best athletes they can be by climbing, jumping, and moving in an upbeat and positive atmosphere. Our gymnastics instructor will help provide a safe environment using proper technique for rolling, jumping, flipping, and acrobatics.  Students will learn to move and overcome obstacles in front of them, not just for today, but for life.  This class will not be in the recital,  THERE WILL BE A SEPARATE SHOW AT THE STUDIO AUDITORIUM JUST FOR THIS CLASS. Mixed Combat Sports:

Mixed Combat Sports Class (Ages 6+) This 40-minute class will be a mixture of many types of combat sports.  Beginning levels of each sport will be taught for all ages.  The different age groups will be split up in the class and taught different levels of difficulty. The sports covered will include Wrestling, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu , and all- around athletic training.   This class will not be in the recital,  THERE WILL BE A SEPARATE SHOW AT THE STUDIO AUDITORIUM JUST FOR THIS CLASS. Adult Fitness Classes:

All classes are $6 per class.  You can also purchase a punch card of 8 classes for $43. The punch card can be used for any adult fitness class.  Must be 12 years of age or older to attend these classes. Adult Dance Fitness A fusion of many dance styles that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." This Zumba-inspired 60-minute class includes routines that feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Great for any fitness level. Cost: $6 per class or $43 for a punch card. Teacher: Sarah Stanek Adult Yoga Yoga is is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. This 55-minute yoga class blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. Great for any beginner/intermediate level. Cost: $6 per class or $43 for a punch card. Tuition $38 per month Teachers: Miranda Straka and Shelby Lambert Sparkle Performance Team (Ages 12+) This hour class is for more advanced students or older students.  MUST have a great attitude and able to perform with body AND FACE!  This class contains both dance and gymnastics technique.  Must participate in monthly performances and additional costumes are required.  The Spirit team and the Sparkle team dancers will have some routines together. Tuition $42 per month Teachers: Miranda Straka Extra Help for Competition Dance   **  For those younger dancers on the competition dance team or those that need extra help. Tuition: $15 per month or $5 per class. Teacher: Miranda Straka Divas Competition Dance Team (Ages 12+) **  A more advanced dance program in which students participate in four competitive dance routines which will compete in two competitions a year. Tuition: $45 per month Teacher: Miranda Straka Competitions: 2 per year o Routines: 2 for first competition, 3-4 for second competition Each routine costs approx. $45-$55 per child. (So, competition fees would be approximately $90-$110 for first competition and $135-$165 for second competition o Costumes: There will be 3-4 costumes for this class.  Each costume is approx. $65- $85 per costume.

Gymnastics Classes (by level):

Allegro Floor Gymnastics (LEVEL 1 Ages 6+) This 45-minute class that will build gymnastic skills for dance and cheer-leading and knowledge of the basics. The gymnastics taught at Inclusion Dance are the gymnastics that can be incorporated into any dance or cheer-leading routine (there are no bars, vault, etc).  Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including bridges, somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, jumps, leaps, some partner or group acro stunts, then round-offs, front walk overs, back walkovers, headstand variations, all splits, and more.  Tuition $38 per month Teacher: Jean Moore Amplitude Floor Gymnastics (LEVEL 2 Ages 6+) This 55-minute class that will build gymnastic skills for dance and cheer-leading and knowledge of the basics. The gymnastics taught at Inclusion Dance are the gymnastics that can be incorporated into any dance or cheer-leading routine (there are no bars, vault, etc).  Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including handstands, cartwheels, jumps, leaps, some partner or group acro stunts, splits, round-offs, front walk overs, back walkovers, headstand variations, some harder partner or group acro stunts, and more.  Tuition $42 per month Teachers: KayCee Smith and Jean Moore Elite Floor Gymnastics (LEVEL 3 Ages 6+) This hour class that will build elite gymnastic skills for dance and cheer-leading. The gymnastics taught at Inclusion Dance are the gymnastics that can be incorporated into any dance or cheer- leading routine (there are no bars, vault, etc).  Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including aerials, handsprings, flip flops walkovers, handsprings, tucks, pikes, layouts, and many other tricks/skills. Tuition $44 per month Teacher: Jean Moore Gymnastics Plus (Any Level Ages 6+) In this 45-minute class, students learn many new skills on balance beam.  Students also learn some skills on the kip bar and sometimes will work on floor skills as well. GYMNASTICS PLUS CLASS WILL NOT BE IN THE RECITALS.  THERE WILL BE A SEPARATE SHOW AT THE STUDIO AUDITORIUM JUST FOR THIS CLASS.  This is so we do not have to move the gymnastics beam and bars. Tuition: $38.00 Teachers: Jean Moore and KayCee Smith Open Gymnastics   **  This 1-hour class is required for all gymnasts that are doing a solo, duet, or small group at a competition or recital. This class will have a heavy emphasis on proper gymnastics technique.  There will be an additional choreography fee for each routine created by the instructors. This class is also open to any student wanting to work on extra gymnastics skills. You can drop into this class any time for $12 per class. Tuition: $44.00 Teacher: Jean Moore Beginner Acro (Ages 6+) In this 40-minute class, students will learn the basics of acrobatics, gymnastics, and dance.  Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. Our experienced acro instructor will guide the class towards increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, partner lifts, and contortion tricks, based on each student's individual level of experience. And it's fun, too!  Acro consists of gymnastics,  acrobatic, and dance skills. NOTE: Student must also be enrolled in a gymnastics class. Tuition: $35.00 per month Teacher: Jean Moore and KayCee Smith Soaring Acrobatics Competition Team (Ages 8+)  **  This 1 hour and 10-minute class will continue introducing the basics of acro, gymnastics, and dance.  Students must have advanced floor skills to be considered for this competitive class. This class will focus on acrobatic technique, handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, walkovers, balance, partner lifts, and contortion tricks, based on each student's individual level of experience.  Acro consists of gymnastics, acrobatic, and dance skills.  NOTE: Student must also be enrolled in a gymnastics class. Tuition: $49.00 per month Teacher: Jean Moore Competitions: 2 per year o Routines: 2 for first competition, 2-3 for second competition Each routine costs approx. $45-$55 per child. Parkour Classes: (pronounced “par-core”)

American Ninja Warrior has created a surge of excitement in the USA, especially for young people. This exciting TV Program was actually developed out of an older form of sport called Parkour.  Parkour is the sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing - getting from one place to another in STYLE.  Be a part of the hottest new sport!  You will be learning how to do flips off walls and over them.  Extreme Tumbling- any obstacle becomes your playground. Come be a part of the fastest growing sport in the world! Kids naturally want to run, jump, climb, balance and generally test their limits. This program plays on that kind of fun. Parkour is exceptional at developing many types of strengths, flexibility and balance while challenging participants through fun. Parkour 1 (Ninjas Ages 3-6) Parkour Gymnastics is what your kids try to do at home. It’s running, jumping, and playing in a safe, structured environment.  This beginner, 30-minute class is really good for your child. It teaches younger students how to listen to a teacher and make his body do what the teacher says.  It teaches problem solving, focus, perseverance, agility, strength, patience, coordination and more.  All in a naturally challenging and rewarding environment.  This class will not be in the recital,   THERE WILL BE A SEPARATE SHOW AT THE STUDIO AUDITORIUM JUST FOR THIS CLASS. Tuition: $32 per month Teachers: Nick Curtis and KayCee Smith Parkour 2 (Ninjas Ages 6-9) This 45-minutes class provides a basis of maneuvers the beginning parkour athlete can use to build upon in a creative manner. Classes will build strength, self-awareness, confidence and coordination, which will increase your child’s performance in all other physical activities and sports. Classes are taught on our gym floor, using mats, blocks, and other obstacles that give the feel of an urban environment - without the danger of cement or concrete. Our Parkour program is a great outlet for energy and appeals to a wide range of ages and abilities - everyone loves to run, jump, and flip! Our parkour staff strive to make the program as safe as possible through progressions, equipment design as well as general physical and mental preparations.   This class will not be in the recital,  THERE WILL BE A SEPARATE SHOW AT THE STUDIO AUDITORIUM JUST FOR THIS CLASS. Tuition: $37 per month Teachers: Nick Curtis and KayCee Smith Parkour 3 (Ninjas Ages 10+) This 50-minute parkour program aims to first provide a basis of maneuvers the parkour athlete can use to build upon in a creative manner, as well as provide the intermediate and advanced parkour athletes a safe place to attempt more difficult tricks and flips.  Our parkour instructor will use his military background to develop military obstacle training and teach students how to use their bodies to be the best athletes they can be by climbing, jumping, and moving in an upbeat and positive atmosphere. Our gymnastics instructor will help provide a safe environment using proper technique for rolling, jumping, flipping, and acrobatics.  Students will learn to move and overcome obstacles in front of them, not just for today, but for life.  This class will not be in the recital,  THERE WILL BE A SEPARATE SHOW AT THE STUDIO AUDITORIUM JUST FOR THIS CLASS. Mixed Combat Sports:

Mixed Combat Sports Class (Ages 6+) This 40-minute class will be a mixture of many types of combat sports.  Beginning levels of each sport will be taught for all ages.  The different age groups will be split up in the class and taught different levels of difficulty. The sports covered will include Wrestling, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu , and all-around athletic training.   This class will not be in the recital,  THERE WILL BE A SEPARATE SHOW AT THE STUDIO AUDITORIUM JUST FOR THIS CLASS. Adult Fitness Classes:

All classes are $6 per class.  You can also purchase a punch card of 8 classes for $43. The punch card can be used for any adult fitness class.  Must be 12 years of age or older to attend these classes. Adult Dance Fitness A fusion of many dance styles that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." This Zumba-inspired 60-minute class includes routines that feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Great for any fitness level. Cost: $6 per class or $43 for a punch card. Teacher: Sarah Stanek Adult Yoga Yoga is is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. This 55-minute yoga class blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. Great for any beginner/intermediate level. Cost: $6 per class or $43 for a punch card.
